Certificates of Authorization
Turkish Securities, Joint Stock Company has been authorized by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) to provide investment services and activities under applicable capital markets legislation.
Under its authorization, the Company is permitted to carry out the following investment services and activities:
Brokerage services
Portfolio brokerage services
Individual portfolio management services
Investment advisory services
Underwriting and brokerage in public offerings
Custody and limited custody services
The Company’s authorization is issued by the Capital Markets Board and defines the scope of services that Turkish Securities Inc. may legally provide in compliance with the Capital Markets Law and related regulations in Türkiye
